2nd time customer. This time I tried the lasagna. Was not impressed. Although the sauce was good, the lasagna itself did not have much substance. It was 90 percent thick fluffy ricotta mixture and just a trace of what looked like an ultra thin hamburger patty which was placed in a couple of places here and there. Not your typical lasagna entree. The first time I had meatballs with bread. That was rather good. The decor is dated and kind of shabby. As you first walk in, the first thing you see is the service galley a corrider that the servers use to go back and forth from the kitchen. It's had propped up against the wall and other unsightly items. I woud recommend that the managers place a screen to block the view. You don't want to see mops as the first thing when you walk in. The waiting area by the front door is also a rather cluttered with stuff. Also some ambience would have been nice, like some soft Italian music in the background. Don't know if I'll go a third time though. Was disappointed with the lasagna.
