Wow, I couldn t agree more with the other people. I submitted a request for information 2 weeks ago, no response, then emailed again a few days later, no response, then finally called and left a message last Thursday. No response! I get an email on the next Tuesday stating to call and talk to Ana. Umm...ok, shouldn t I get a call back if I called. I respond stating that I called last week and that I emailed twice and find it very unprofessional.
I get a defensive email back stating that she is busy, cooks and works 80-hours a week and she is professional and that we shouldn t work together.
Agreed! This lady is crazy and could have easily responded with I do apologize for the delay, I was overwhelmed with mulitple wedding, how can I help you or what information can I provide you with . That would be the PROFESSIONAL thing to write back. You don t try to put your customers in their place.
I am glad I am not the only one that experienced her lovely personality and professionalism.
I definitely won t recommend working with her, regardless of how pretty her place is. A bride doesn t need the stress of hoping her venue calls her back and lack of communication.
Good luck!
