Taco Factory, Delano

Probably the best mexican food Delano has.. Taco bell #2.. Delano has lots of hispanics, but have crappy mexican joints!

I'm kind of a snob about mexican food (no Chilis or non-autentico for me), so what I'm telling you here is really something special. These guys have the BEST chile verde I've ever had. It's hot, but not too hot, and incredibly flavorful!!! I stop for the chile verde burritos every time I drive through Delano northbound or southbound on business, 'cuz it just doesn't get any better than this! You'll find there's a very good reason they're always packed during lunch and dinner hours. I always hesitate to give 5 stars, but these guys are a no-brainer!

WE DRIVE ALL THE WAY FROM BAKERSFIELD TO GET TAKE OUT......NEED I SAY MORE? BEST AUTHENTIC ENCHILADAS I EVER HAD.... YOU CAN BUY A WHOLE TRAY TO GO.... MAKES A GREAT DINNER AND ENOUGH FOR LEFT OVERS..... WE CONSIDER OURSELFS SELF PROCLAIMED FOOD CRITICS AND MEXICAN FOOD IN BAKERSFIELD SEEMS TO BE THE SAME... NOT VERY IMPRESSIVE.... OTHER MEXICAN FOOD THAT YOU MUST TRY IS DOMINGOS WITH 2 LOCATIONS ONE IN TEHACHAPI,,,,, AND THE OTHER IN BORON.. ITS A DRIVE BUT WELL WORTH IT
