My Place Restaurant, Lake Isabella

it,s great food, fast service and clean,the restrooms are clean too. friendly couple that owen my place. just wish they were open on sundays.

I have to say, My Place restaurant is one of the better restaurants in the Lake Isabella community. Their prices are reasonable, people friendly, and amazing tasting food. The service is good, timely, and they always have a smile. I come here constantly and there's nothing on the menu I would not try. They also offer wifi for customers too. You can't ask for a better place than My Place restaurant!

I love that in our small community, we have great homemade Vietnamese food. Of course, sometimes I get the hamburger or a malt, but most of the time I want the fresh, taste of the Pho or other dishes. Not only that, but I can use my netbook with the available WiFi. This small restaurant offers some of the best food at reasonable prices and made just the way you like it. Not only that, My Place gives to the community through several free meals each year for people in need. What's not to like!

I have been to My Place many times and is our favorite 'place' to dine. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they smile a lot. The menu covers the spread from Vietnamese to Mexican and American food. They do not use a lot of salt and no msg. All of the food is fresh and of excellent quality and is perfectly prepared. They make some of the best soup (Vietnamese Pho) that I have ever had. Every meal has been a real treat. They also make malts with a wide variety of flavors - my favorite is their orange malt. It is surprising that such good food can be made at a very reasonable price and always great service. I highly recommend.

My Place Restaurant is my favorite place to eat in Lake Isabella. It's cozy with a friendly staff and so many types of international and American foods that going here can satisfy even the most diverse group or pickiest teenager. My Place goes the extra mile to prepare just the right thing when there are food allergies or special dietary restrictions. They have an internet hotspot, fantastic food and service, and sometimes, even live guitar music. I highly recommend My Place.

I have been eating here since they opened, and as a local to the Kern River Valley I find them excellent. Their staff is always friendly and helpful, their food is always made fresh, and their atmosphere gives a quaint hometown feel. They go beyond the normal standards though and truly demonstrate a deep commitment to our community. They have often provided free meals to needy people during numerous holidays. My Place Restaurant certainly is a small pearl hidden away and often overlooked in a popular vacation spot.
