Delicious! Went to the soft opening this week. Great atmosphere with a NYC flair, needed in SB. The scallops melt in your mouth. The chicken dish with a side of ratatouille is excellent.. (I really loved the ratatouille) and the bread n' butter 'chocolate' desert was delectable. I believe the head-chef hails from NYC and studied in France. He definitely proved his pedigree.
