I frequent your restaurant on Thursday to socialize and dance. Tonight 29Dec11, I was charged two different prices for the exact same drink given to me by the exact same bartender!! When I confronted him about it, he told me that” he was human and humans make mistakes”. Really?!?! It makes me wonder who many more innocent customers have been a victim of this type of “mistake”! Not to mention I was charged $7.50 for a glass of Moscato wine when the menu clearly stated $7.00!! What is up with that? When I asked to see the manager,( Dale Peters) he did not come out to address the issue. I went to the front desk and started explaining my concern with the manager and he immediately stopped me and called the Restaurant Manager Dale Peters. So the bartender tried to credit the overcharges back to my credit card without voiding the previous transaction. I am waiting to see if there are two different charges on my credit card. This is not the first time I have had issues with the restaurant. I have been overcharged before. It really saddens me because being a service member, when I entertain guest from out of town that are military, I recommend Capistranos! After my service tonight, chances are very slim that I recommend them again, but if I do, I will be sure to tell them to check their receipt!!
