Did not have a good experience there , was there sunday october 3rd around 2pm , we were very dissapointed with the way we got treat it by the entire team that was there that day . No joke , waiter , busser , manager and cook were just mad at the world , Im never going back !! The food did not look good either .
Most wonderful restaurant ever. The food is excellent and the staff is pleasant. I would go at lease once a year for a romantic dinner and wonderful glass of wine. I belived it to be a blend. I would love order the wine to ship here for my frinds and friends to enjoy.
Excellent food, great service, and very affordable. Five stars-from a lover of good italian food, real italian food. A critic might give it less, but I stopped listening to critics years ago. Check it out!!!
We were in Santa Barbara the Memorial Day weekend for a family wedding. We arrived on Friday and dined at Aldo's that evening. Dinner was fine, went back to the hotel and tried to get a good night's rest before the big event on Saturday. My boyfriend and I woke up the next morning with food poisoning, missed the wedding, only to spend our only full day in Santa Barbara in our hotel room sicker then I've ever been. I do not recommend Aldo's and I will not be eating seafood any time soon.
The only flavor I tasted in my pasta dish was the garlic and it wasn't even overpowing garlic. I've had better store bought frozen pasta. I couldn't believe how little flavor was in the food. And I'm not particularly picky
My family and I had dinner at Aldo's. We had two orders of mushroom risotto with slices of sirloin and an order of the Fettucini alfredo with seafood. We recieved risotto with seafood. In an effort to deliver the right order quickly, the risotto with mushrooms was not well cooked and the beef was dry. The alfredo sauce was very thick and a bit chuncky.
