Great salads, sandwiches & refreshments! Tucked away just off The 126 Fwy, this hidden treasure is set up like an airport restaurant & coffee shop that almost seems like it doesn't want to be discovered. Long a part of Santa Paula's air strip, it has catererd to generations of pilots, passengers, parents and their kids...from a good-sized coffee shop for getting ya started in the morning, through dining rooms with ample seating, to a bar complete with dance floor and small stage. The best time to eat here, I think, is in the early-to-mid afternoon hours, when business is slow and the place is quiet. Get one of their tables by a window, and you can watch planes take off & land while enjoying your meal. Service is good; food is great; and you will enjoy the quiet atmosphere!
