Domino's Pizza, Oxnard

Under normal circumstances, I usually like the service and quality of domino's....however, this past Friday, at 5:30, I decided to order the kicker's and pizza. It took the young lady on the phone, 15 minutes to process my credit card...ok, I know that everyone needs a break on a new job....delivery should be 30-45 minutes. At 6:45 I still don't have my pizza, so I called again. I was told it will be another 5 minutes or so. 15 minutes later, I finally have a pizza and kickers. At this point, I'm pretty hungry. I opened the kickers, which were pretty cold, and don't even ask about the temp on the pizza....why did they even bother with the 'hot pack'. For the first time in my own history....the driver was not even tipped. I pretty much figured that an hour and a half for a $35 dollar order, they had already made their money! Next time I want a lousy pizza, I'll just get a frozen one, that way I get what I paid for!
