Outback Steakhouse, Oxnard

I went to to the Outback and although we were served fast the steak my mother and I had was really really tough, we were really disappointed, my mother knows steak and she did not get the rib-eye she ordered. I asked for well done but the meat still had red inside and the Blooming Onion appetizer was not done, I had batter at the base of the onion,tasted batter instead of crunchy onion, If you do go here just make sure you check your order and everything is done and not RAW. Very disappointed.
