Went here recently to try the $10 margarita pitchers a friend told me about, they were amazing! About 4 Margaritas, not weak either! after 1 I was feeling a good buzz! Anyways the spinach and artichoke dip is the best around! After that my boyfriend and I shared the Pasta Roma and a small pizza. They were both amazing. The portions are big, we had plenty of leftovers so if your not too hungry share a plate!
After my great first experience I came back on a Wednesday night to try the Lobster special, and I was blown away! $16.50 for a huge Lobster tail, Its the best deal in town! If your a Lobster fan I highly recommend going in and trying it!
Great food great atmospher great service GIANT PIZZAS! Ventura's best kept secret! It has been here for at least 20 years and is only getting better. Sevice is great and the margaritas are STRONG! Try the pasta roma with chicken. I love this place and all the guys from the boatyard eat here so you know it is good!

Dont let the Ventura Harbor location deceive you; there is a terrible Italian restaurant near the harbor, Milanos Italian Restaurant. The menu is worded perfectly, but the food doesnt come close to matching the description. The pasta meals start with homemade rosemary garlic foccacia bread served with olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette mixed for dipping it. I was hungry with anticipation waiting for the waitress to bring it to the table, but what a disappointment! The bread wasnt foccacia bread; it was flat greasy bread with a few pieces of rosemary from a seasoning bottle. The olive oil tasted like vegetable oil. The salad was pretty good except the tomato slices were frozen. We ordered three of the entrees; Chicken Marsala tasted like it was sweetened with corn syrup, Eggplant Milan which cant be described decently on the Internet and burned Chicken Parmesan. My mother returned the Chicken Parmesan because it was burnt and brown all the way to the middle for some mysterious reason, so they removed it from the bill. The only redeeming factor in the experience was the polite, but clueless waiter. It would have been better for us to find the local malls food court and eat at Sbarro.
