I'm on mid-tour leave from Iraq and went to Ricardo's for lunch. The food was outstanding and there was plenty of it! I had a chicken crispy taco with a tamale. It was the perfect balance between taste and spice; not too hot but full of flavor! My friends enjoyed: an ultimate chimichanga (shredded beef burrito) which was just enough for that lunch and a snack later that day, a beef fajitas with the sizzling meat separate from the plate (so as to prevent any accidents involving a hot-plate and a child) and the child with us had the children's chicken quesadilla with beans & rice. The child's plate was just enough food for him, and he was able to enjoy the food as a snack later in the day as well! The server, Polley, was beyond polite and never allowed our drinks to be empty. Turns out, he is also a bartender, which helped us! The manager, Rafael, stopped by occasionally to check on us and, because everything was so perfect, we were always happy!
