I stopped in while passing through town. I expected to get a good cup of coffee but was surprised by how fresh and clean their coffee tasted. They have a multitude of items for sale all with a unique and interesting flair. I didn't feel intimidated by the locals and appreciated the the nonchalant vibe. I even purposely stopped back in while passing through town on the way home. (I was craving the coffee after the first cup) I purchased a bag for home brewing and have not been disappointed.
I came in and I was ignored. I was waiting in line and instead of helping me the girl decided to help a 'regular' she didn't ask if I was ready or anything she just went on with the other lady who came in AFTER me. Very rude customer service.
Come to one of my fave shops in town. Palermo features groovy items for your home decor - lamps to die for and lots of soaps, candles, and giftie things. Whether you're a foodie or a yuppie you'll love the wine by the glass or bottle in the wine bar at the rear of the place. Have a romantic sorbet, ice cream or gelato or a coffee drink and nosh. Sit out front and watch Venturans and visitors cruise by. Near Palm St. on Main. Love it!
