I went with a business colleague and we were looking for a non chain as we both are foodies. I went on line and the name intrigued me (by the way I am not an artichoke fan). We were not disappointed. The food was excellent, service great (to include the chef doing some table touching) and everyone working there helped each other out. By the way, desert was great as well.

Food was very good, probably a bit over priced. Service was perfunctory and very slow at best. Very impersonal and I got the feeling the server thought she was doing us a favor by letting us dine there. Will probably spend my money at Canyon Steak House or Fish in a Bottle. Too much attitude at this place!!

Nice to have such a good restaurant in a residential area. The prices are a bit high, and some dishes are definitely better than others, but the chef uses fresh ingredients from his own garden (e.g., figs when in season), and this adds a personal touch. Have been there several times and enjoyed the meal each time. Service is a bit brisk and snooty unless they know you are a repeat customer.

I love this place! The Best Dinner in town. Friendly service, delicious foods ranging from California cuisine, French, Italian and the far east. Interesting dishes, carefully selected wines. The garnishes make the plates look like someone really cares abouts whats for dinner. The place may be small, but it sure is quaint once you sit down and order. Make reservations in advance for the best seating. Hit the Road, go to The Wild Artichoke

A GREAT find. Just a few tables with very attentive service and the owner/chef will visit your table when not in the kitchen creating his WONDERFUL dishes. Many dishes have artichokes and with or without the green delight the dinners are first rate. Great tastes, good presentations. Make reservations.

I had no idea this gem of a restaraunt existed until friends suggested we try it. The food was delicious!!! The fresh baked bread with their very own artichoke butter spread was wonderful with a glass of Chardonnay. The men had the special ribs that evening and the ladies had their pork medallion special which was served with fresh vegetables and delicious mashed potatoes. It was truly a wonderful meal and the service was excellent.

The food is soooo good. Everything on the menu is good, and I mean good! It is a little pricey but very very much worth every penny! Its hidden so you have to find it and once you do you won't regret it!
