Buca di Beppo serves authentic Italian cuisine in an eclectic, vintage setting. Our dishes are served family-style, meant to be shared by everyone at the table. Two sizes are available: BUCA SMALL feeds up to two and BUCA LARGE feeds up to four. At Buca, guests delight in our lively atmosphere, enjoy the classic tunes of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin and admire our decor, including family photos and candid shots of Italian-American icons, such as Sophia Loren and Joe DiMaggio. Went there on friday 12-3-10 Went to bar for a drink. I kid you not I am 70yrs old and got carded. I wish I had recorded the conversation that ensued.They still made me show my ID they must have got busted for something.They pour an extremly weak drink. Back at the tables no one was being asked for ID's. The Chicken saltimbocca was very good. Managers very young, servers like they were just hired. Whole scene looked to me like they were cutting back on everything. Had to ask for butter. Asked for olive oil poured a little in dish would not leave it said it was the only one for the room.

I went here June 1 for my birthday dinner. I have been here before & had excellent service. This time they sat me in a room with a HUGE party right next to there tables. They were extremely loud I had to yell just to talk to the person next to me. The service how ever was great Hugh my waiter was excellent. They just need to think about where they seat people a party that big & loud should be in a room of its own.

Watch out for your bill when you go to this resturant, I was overcharged $5 more on my credit card, and later when I received my statement and called store manager, he said he will credit to my account, guess what, they never did.

We recently went here for a birthday party, the wait was a litte long, but that was expected. Call ahead of time. Once you finally get in, walking through the kitchen was wierd, but the place was pretty interesting. Lots of random stuff on the wall, loud, exciting and fun environment. If you are with a group of friends and are out going people, this is a nice place. wouldn't recommend it for a first date as you will be yelling over the table in order for your date to hear you when it is busy. Food was good, service was good, we had a great time.

I went there with my father for the first time. It was Saturday about 6:30. We had to wait about 45 minutes for a table which isn't bad for a Saturday night. Restaurant was packed and buzzing. Was finally seated and waitress was polite and curteous. Food was very good. Ambiance was fun and lively. Great Italian retaurant with good character. only problem., far from where I live. Will be back for sure.

Tried to get in on a Saturday at 4:30pm for a party of eight and was told that we couldn't be seated until 9:00pm. Very disappointing! This place is HUGE - there was plenty of parking spaces oustide so that tells us that the restaurant was not full. If you get THAT crowded on a Saturday and you can NOT accomodate, that means only one thing - you are not prepared with enough staff therefore you must turn people away at the door. I WON'T BE BACK!

Simply The Best!!!!

This place is the bomb. If you want to eat the best emmigrant italian food, this is the place for you. The servings are huge, so bring a few friends. they'll thank you. My suggestion is to arrange to sit in the kitchen and watch the chefs prepare your food. Drink some wine and enjoy the aromas.

We've been to the Brea Buca many times and have never had a bad experience. We've celebrated family birthdays with a crowd and gone there with just one or two others for a quick bite. The food is always good, the service is what to be expected from a busy, family style restaurant and the surroundings are a hoot. We've used the Pope room a couple of times and our only regret is that we are only allowed 1 1/2 hrs in it. We're going back this weekend for yet another birthday and look forward to a great time.
