Panda City Chinese Restaurant, Anaheim

We returned to our room late one night after a day at Disneyland, we were exhausted and just wanted some food delivered. The kids wanted Chinese food so we agreed. We found the Panda City restaurant in our of the tourist guides so we thought it would be a safe good option. Well, we thought wrong. We wish we had read these reviews prior. I think the only way they stay in business is tricking unwitting tourists. We decided on the $28.00 family dinner. When I ordered I was told that it would be delivered within 30 minutes and that the total would be $30.00. An hour and a half later our food still had not been delivered so I called back. The lady on the phone told me that if I could go down to the lobby and meet the delivery guy he would be there in five minutes. So I went down to the lobby and waited ten minutes. Finally the guy showed up and told me it woul be $45 dollars I tried explain to him that the total should only be $30 that we only ordered the $28 meal he refused I handed over $45 and took the food to the room. When I got to the room ond opened the bag all of the styrofoam containers were smashed and food was spilling out. I salvaged most of it. The food looked totally unappealing. We dished up and started to eat and we all put down our forks because not only was the food discusting it was COLD. We each tried a little of each dish but it was all enedible. I had had enough and called the place back to ask for my money back. The lady told me the food was fresh and good and then suddenly forgot how to speak English! We all ended up going hungry that night, but at least we had paid $45 to do so. I am just happy none of us got sick as so many others have. STAY AWAY, VERY FAR AWAY!

Meager portions for the price. Food was poor quality and very bland. Deliverer barged into the hotel room while making the delivery and was rude. Wish I could give a rating lower than 1 star. Please, do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere.

The people here are very rude and nasty.... their customer service was awful and the food was discusting. They wouldn't give me a different dish nor would they give my money back. The lady on the phone Sue argued with me about the issue and wouldn't let me speak to the manager. DON'T EAT HERE!!!!

I couldn't understand the lady on the phone very well, the food was delivered late to the motel and it was cold.Food was very average for our trip to Anaheim.Not satisfied with the end result.
