This place is amazing. We read the reviews before going and were a bit turned off but once we got there, it was perfect. Food is great and comes in HUGE portions. Service was spectacular. We've been there numerous times in the past 2 months and we'll keep on going as long as we live in So Cal. You have to give it a try!

7-10-10 Just went there 2nite and YUMMMM-O. Was amazing. The owner and his son were so nice. I had the tort. carauso and a canolli. Very good food. I was staying at the Marriott by the Convention Center- Anaheim and was very easy to find. I recommend this family itallian rest. If I am ever back in this area of CA I will go. - happy traveler from MI

My family and I went to Rufino's last night before attending an event at the Honda Center. The food was wonderful! All I can say to those reviewers who were upset with the service is: get a grip! It's a family-owned restaurant. If you want perfect service, go to a chain Italian place like the Olive Garden. Sometimes the food is so worth it that you can overlook other things. We have been looking for a great Italian place, and we found it. We live in Ontario, and are already making plans to drive to Anaheim to eat there. Awesome food and prices!

My family and I are from Colorado and were lucky enough to ask the front desk of our hotel for a good Italian restaurant little did I know they sent me to a great Italian restaurant. That was last year 08 this is such a great restaurant that we will be vacationing there again this year and the restaurant was one of the biggest factors in wanting to go back again. I would give it 10 stars, its a must eat at restaurant. The pizza is wonderful, and the chicken parm is even better. I loved the little Italian lady that took care of us the three times we went there she made me wish I was Italian and lived there. This is one of those restaurants that if you lived there you would go to every Friday night.

This place is very questionable. I went here about a year ago after following the decent reviews I had found. I now think that their reviews might be padded by employees because something is not right about this place. First sign of trouble was when there was no one in the place, including waiters. We waited a bit to be seated in the empty place and asked for a high chair. Their idea of a high chair was an old one from the 80's I would assume. It was caked on with food. My daughter who we now know has many life threatening allergies sat in that seat and we can only imagine what we dropped her into. Luckily nothing happened. We presented a coupon and they quickly turned it down. I cannot recall the reason given but regardless it was not valid they said even thought it was from the entertainment book website. The food was fair but I question how sanitary it was. It appears that this place is definitely family run which normally I would really enjoy but this place just does not seem to do it right. The son and mother that we dealt with were a bit rude. To wrap up the day, a table full of pure italian men came in and just stared at my wife. We made it out alive and did not get sick but we will certainly not be heading back and my wife will certainly not ever let me live this restaurant choice down. Lesson learned.

The breadsticks are fresh, tasty & wonderful! We love the service and they always treat us as family. :)

I love Rufino's. I have been going to Rufino's for a little over a year now. Normally, I am a creature of habit, I find that one great dish at every restaurant and stick with it. Rufino's is the first restaurant where, every time I taste something new, I feel I have found a new favorite! I have yet to find a non-fantastic dish on the menu. (Definately get the Tortellini al la Caruso.) And the lady that takes care of us every time, always treats us as family. Oh, and I have yet to find a better Tiramisu anywhere.
