My family and I loved eating at Steakhouse 55! My husband really wanted to eat here but I was unsure since I had heard that this wasn't a great place to bring kids. We didn't have anywhere to eat when we arrived at Disneyland so we thought that we would give Steakhouse 55 a try. I loved all of the old photos of celebrities hanging on the walls. Our waiter was great and very attentive. Our food was better than I expected. My kids both enjoyed their meals. Much better than the kids good at the other Disney restaurants. My husband had the New York Steak and I had the salmon. They were both great. This is my new favorite place to eat when at Disneyland! It was expensive, but so worth it!
Let me just start off by saying that this is not at all a Fancy Shmancy place. Jeans and flip flops is
The service that our party of 5 received was more than EXCEPTIONAL!!! The waiters were very attentive. Reservations are not required but they are recommended. I called the day of that we were planning on attending and they were still able to accomodate us with such a short notice. Which was great!!
It is a bit pricy, BUT WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY!!
Granville's is a superior location for fine dining within Disneyland. Not only was the dinner superior, the service was friendly and warm. We also found the wine selection interesting. Our experience was so pleasant, that we ate breakfast at Granville's the following morning. Nostalgic, quiet, knowledgeable staff.
