I'd agree... great sandwiches at a good price. The employees/owners are a little rough around the edges, but the food makes it worth it (I've been eating there before the current owners). I think if there were a little more personable they'd do a lot more business. My favorite is the hard salami sandwich and don't forget the potato salad (it's great).

Best deli around N.OC

You can not get better deli in North OC. Big Mike and Sheepherder are my favorites buy you may want to get just half. I enjoy them with a cream soda. As for the Hofbrau portion, I don't think so but the Deli is great.
