Shhhh....don't tell anybody but this is a terrific place to see new release movies without the high price.

My wife and I love this theater! All right, it's a little low brow, but it's quiet, safe, cheap, and there's pletty of parking. No gang bangers. A bunch of folks from leisure world. One screen does have a tear in it, which is my only complaint. It's usually mostly empty, so please go and give it business. I'm always worried it's going to be closed some day because not enough people go.

Best find in Orange County. I was surprised at how nice it was inside considering how cheap the tickets were! Wow! Where else can you go and still pay $6 for a current movie in a decent theater? Highly recommend for a change from $23 for two at a regular theater.

Yes this theater has wide isles and cheap prices they also LEAVE THE LIGHTS ON DURING THE MOVIE claiming its for safety purposes???? It was so BRIGHT that the SCREEN was WASHED OUT. We asked for and recieved a REFUND and LEFT. This reviewer was forced to give it one star, which it doesn't deserve, in order to post this review.

Went on our first date to this theater ~ not overly crowded area; theater has great seats. Our favorite theater in the area !

great parking. great senior prices on wen and thurs. $ 4.00 great leg room, newest releases. and close to lake forest and laguna woods residents.

This is a great secret. The latest movies, low price, clean and easy parking. I've been going to this cinema for about 10 years, through multiple owners, and it's perfect. Nothing fancy, but basic.
