Great Place (except for what I saw)
Went here for the 1st time just before 2007. The place looks great with pretty good service--nice people. The sushi was above average. I've eaten here 4 or 5 times and upon my last visit I saw the sushi chef cutting cucumber rolls into sheets--I then saw him drop one on the floor, pick it up, brush it off and put it back in with all of the others. He sliced them all into sticks. I stayed away for about a month and went back another day (for dinner) with another chef on duty. This time I saw him bring something out of an under-counter fridge, smell it intently, then squeeze it as hard as he could in the sink and then dice it for another customer. I've never been back since and don't plan to.
