Ok, first I have to say, I love Flame Broiler and I enjoy it once a week for lunch, but this location does not treat their customers. I had been their on several occasions before, always ordered the regular chicken bowl with onions and brown rice with extra chicken. Well after a few months I started noticing that the extra chicken I paid for, which was another $2 Bucks almost was not being proportioned into my bowl. They were giving me a regular portion of chicken and still charging me the extra couple bucks. I brought this to the owners attention and she said that they were not allocating the correct amount over the last few months...A bunch of BS....These are franchise locations and I have been to other Flame Broilers throughout Orange County with no problems same portions...I tried to go back a couple times again to no avail, same weak portion of chicken so I started going to the Flame Broiler on MccArthur and Main, Better Service and they dont try to cheat you. I mean I know we are all hurting from the recession but if you want to be profitable you have to keep your customers happy..Business 101.....I'll never go back to this location!
