Take it from me. I've eaten the best in the heart of philly. And yes, I've had the Atlantic City Whitehouse philly cheese steak as well as Dinos, So know what I'm talking about. Now let me say this place really sucks. To call this authentic is a travesty. The greasy meat lined with fat is lousy and the place is a ripoff. Save the money and buy the frozen ones at the market and microwave them. Really they just can't understand how to make a philly cheese steak in Calif.

What idiots that work there I tried putting a order in and the idiot couldn't get my order straight and hung up on me. How frustrating!!!! This is the worst customer service ever. The other review I read I completely agree this restaurant is no good!!!

Several employees have disclosed that they don't always use original Philly's ingredients, and that they're told to lie to customers. Their sandwiches and fries are dripping with grease. Their tasty cakes are old and their packaging is always dusty and dirty, along with their countertops, which are also always dirty and dusty. And their restrooms are filthy. I'd never go there again!
