John's Philly Grille, Huntington Beach

This location used to be very good but has gone down hill. I had a cheese steak about 2 weeks ago and there was barely any meat in it and the bread was rock hard. I had also ordered extra cheese on my sandwich that they didn't put on there but the charged me extra for it. The Philly Grille on Goldenwest is way better. The food and service is fantastic at the Goldenwest location.

I had an awful experience at this establishment. I had one the workers, who definitley should be wearing a hair net, obnoxiously and rudely yell at me that I was at the wrong window. This place has many windows and I have never been there before so I apologized. He did not let it go and at that point I didn't feel like eating anything this long haired, rude person had to make. We all work very hard for our money and feel customer service should be a priority.
