Brio Tuscan Grille

We joined the Brio email club & they send you a birthday coupon. BEWARE! Not only did they refuse to honor it because we didn't have all the pages of the email offer printed out (we only printed the ones which appeared to be necessary) but the server apologized profusely, telling us that it is a common occurrence! Since this happened, we have related our experience to many other friends at parties and such--only to learn that it is a VERY common occurence at Brio. So apparently all the numerous coupons they send out bring people in the door, only to find themselves caught in a "gotcha game." OC has plenty of restaurants where the management is more than gracious to have your business. Patronize those where you don't have to worry about being stuck in this embarassing position when the bill comes.

I hated the service and the food was horrible. I will never eat there again.

Great food! Here is a tip don't sit at the tables go right to the bar the Bartenders are better servers than the regular servers. One of the best Bartenders there is Tii he makes some mean drinks and keeps the energy of the bar flowing.

I visited Brio with over 300 Davidson Harley riders on Sunday, 9/30. Most of the riders were at the event in the parking lot. However, when going inside it was impersonal and cold. There was no visible hostess or manager. The guy serving drinks barely spoke English and didn't know the meaning of a smile. The bread was so dense that I tossed it. The feeling was that I was a number and if I didn't come back, so what. G
