Okay, I should have listened to one of the reviews on here, but hey who knew, since there are 5 other reiviews that said this place is great. My wife and I are big time sashimi lovers and we decided to try a new sushi restaurant. When we got our salmon it looked fresh, but when I picked it up with my chop stick it just came apart, the yellowtail didn't have any taste and the tuna wasn't really red, this is because they washed the fish with baking soad or some other type of chemicals to get ride of the fishy smell, which took away the taste. If you want good sashimi, do not come here.
The food, service and value for the wonderfully FRESH food was beyond excellence for this small recently remodeled restaurant. An open atmosphere with a few cozier tables AND sushi bar make this restaurant a MUST for ALL.
I went to this place because of the reviews that was on here. I went with a friend and order Yellowtail and Salmon sashimi, but notice that the fish was shinny. I think they brushed some kind of chemical on there to make it look fresh, but it sure took away any type of taste. When we tasted the fish the fish did not have any flavoring or any type of smell at all. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
