Not Bad, Good Food, Big Portions, but Pricey
I went to eat at Claim Jumper with my friend and her sister after we had watched the movies at around 9pm so the business had slowed down, but the host greeting us was extremely friendly as was our server. She was friendly and we were just happy that she seemed genuinely caring to see that we were having a good time and happy with the food. I ordered the Cashew Chicken Sandwich, which was delicious, but not so good if heated up the next day. The portions were huge, so I could only finish the fries (delicious!) and half of my sandwich. For my sandwich, the total came to about less that 10.00 dollars with tip, which was a little pricey for me. My friend on the other hand, ordered the Crab Cakes which was about 20 dollars, and she seemed to really enjoy it, although we both agreed for three cakes, it was expensive. You might as well order the appetizer version, but even that, is expensive as it's around twelve dollars. Her sister ordered the Meatball Calzone, which we all agreed was not worth the price or ordering, despite the large portions, it just wasn't appetizing and it was too greasy for her.
Overall, the food wasn't bad, we liked the ambiance, it's a typical themed chain restaurant, but we liked the service, so I believe we'll be coming back.
