Driving through Tustin & Irvine around 1am on a Saturday night, we couldnt find alot of choices for dining. The clerk at our hotel mentioned this place, so we headed on over.
The place was lit very dimmly, and hardly anyone was inside. Upon entering, loud mexican music was on the radio, and a view straight ahead from the entrance revealed a floor in the kitchen filled with trash laying next to the trash can.
We were kinda puzzled at the condition of the place, because of the nice hotel/business office area it is in. It kinda was more suited for the hood. Then again, it was I.H.O.P.
The server we had was very nice, and had no problem with packaging up our order after we decided to leave, instead of dining in. We wernt sure of what was going to happen 1st, a I.N.S. immigration raid or a drive by, but we didnt want to be participants in it.
