Mediocre Thai food and relatively poor service. They say they deliver and then the amazingly somehow are almost never able to. In addition they charge extra for tofu just like it was shrip which is also absurd. Not horrible in terms of taste but a little bland and poor service.
We have eaten at Best Thai Cuisine two dozen times in the last three months. Every time-excellent. After reading these reviews, we tried Super Bowl Thai restaurant in Ontario. I would have to assume the person saying Super Bowl Thai is better is probably the owner of Super Bowl Thai. No comparison! Best Thai Cuisine is cleaner, friendlier staff, way better food presentation, more menu choices, and the food is dynamite! (I do wish they would take credit cards)
I took my teenage daughter there before checking out her future school, UC Riverside. We loved the food! We had Yellow Curry with chicken and a thick noodle Pad with vegetables. Man, it was great! Dinner for two with tip was $24, which I think is very reasonable for such a nice meal.
Beware if you are vegetarian! When we went to this restaurant the first time the waitress told us everything was made fresh & there were no fish products in the sauces. The next time we went another waitress told us the sauces were pre made & they do have fish sauce in them.
I don’t understand the madness over this place. The food isn’t all that great with flavors, too bad for their restaurant name, it is very misleading, lol. People need to explore better places like Super Bowl Thai over in Ontario.
The menu offers all the Thai favorites: spicy soups, noodles and fried rice dishes, bold stir-fries, appetizers that could be meals in themselves, and much more.
The service has never missed a beat. The location is small, but they make the most of the space they have. Particulary delightful are the Thai music videos that are always playing on a large flat-screen TV.
Food quality has been inconsistent since summer 2007. It's not as good as it used to be but still worthwhile. The curries and soups are usually good quality but the stir fried entrees are hit and miss depending on who's cooking.
