HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER HIMSELF!!! I went through the drive through Friday night and ordered 7 Filet of Fish with extra tarter sauce which they charge 15 cents each for. When I got home they had thrown 4 pre-made sandwhiches in the bag with no extra tarter sauce and 3 fresh ones with extra tarter sauce but no cheese. I tried and tried calling, but they never answered the phone, so I went back with the sandwhiches in hand and asked for the manager. He said he'd fix them. I saw him taking the 4 (that were already pre-made the first time) out of the bag and putting more tarter sauce on them. I asked the girl if he was giving me the same cold ones back and she said oh no! He's making new ones. I saw him get kinda nervous and started kind of covering where he was working. I saw him throw 3 fresh ones together real fast, he handed me the bags, and said here you go. That was it. When I got home and opened them up, I did in fact have the same original 4 that he did indead just add more tarter sauce to and now they were cold and the other 3 he made fresh had no cheese or extra tarter sauce on them. Hello! This was what I got from the manager, so if this is the type of service he provides, I can only imagine how his workers perform. Once again I tried calling and could not get through. I was so mad and wasn't about to go back again, so we ate the nasty sandwhiches and I am making a complaint to the corporate office.
