Tomiko (a) ha ha. Listen, Customer service is a term no longer understood by anyone that needs to render it. 2nd. Im sorry to burst your bubble, but shes a Coco's manager. A Coco's manager is not a professional. And Tamika, if you are taking the time to write a review, you should take the time to research the owner and really complain that way. The word TIP is an acronym for: To Insure Promptness. Therefore, you should place your tip out and if they do a good job they keep it and if they perform poorly you start subtracting.
But please Tomika, lets be serious here. You went, they gave you the food you ordered, it must have been somewhat palleteable or you would have complained about that. So you got for what you paid for. Complain about the chow, thats all we care about. I could care less about their attitude. I am sure if I go visit you at your employment, you will have one of those days where you are going to do the head thing and do the 7 finger snap and give me a hard time as well. So lay off the ol' waitress that has put up with peoples crap for the past 65 years and take this petty issue to her instead of the cashier.
Oh, and by the way.. I was there today, left a $700.00 phone behind along with my wallet that had an approx. $650... and got it all back. So they are not that bad.. And the chow, heck, for $15.00, it was worth it. Better that McD's. :)
I recently order breakfast at the Co Co�s Bakery in Riverside California. As I am standing in line to pick up my order I here the female manager at the register with another female employee throwing my name around like a dirty rag. I felt that was very unprofessional of her as a manager to be making a joke out of a customer�s name. When I got to the front of the line I told the girl that I had a call in order for Tomiko not Tomika the name they had on the receipt and she looked very stunned and started to apologize. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, it make me not want to ever patronize this organization ever again. I am a regular customer at this location and I feel I should be respected not walking in and overhearing a manager (a professional) making a joke regarding my name. The incident took place @ 10:00 am 08/18/06. May this location needs to have a class on customer service and professionalism
This is a nice restaurant but I had expected more from visiting one of their newer locations recently.
I was very bothered by the dead flies on the windowsill we were seated by. Its time for new upholstery or maybe some cleaning will help.
The lunch was just okay-chicken strips and fries. Do they know the difference between Ranch and Bluecheese??
Their peach cobbler is very fresh and quite delicious!!! TRy it!!!
The service was very good considering she looked overwhelmed.
