El Rancho Medican Restaurant, Moreno Valley

I recently had dinner at this restaurant, and was disappointed to say the least, my steak was dry, my tea tasted funny, I saw the cook standing by the kitchen perhaps taking a break with out a hair net or gloves although there is no way of knowing rather or not he had gloves and a hair net on while he was preparing the food it did not look good. Also I was charged extra for the chips and salsa, which unfortunately for me was the best part of the meal. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even if I didnt like the person.
