Alfredo's Pizza & Pasta, San Bernardino

okay where do i begin... hum tried this place twice this week and like always it was a waste of time although the food is somewhat good the SERVICES SUCKS BADLY all the employees are to rapped up in their own BS and the owners wife is to concerned with her side pony which she is to old for anyway i sat there and listened while they talked #$%$ about us the customers wish i was a fly on the wall to hear what she said bout us when we left...... the truth is they dont care bout customer service between the owners being flirty with their employees no wonder nobody gives a sh-t u ask for a drink and it comes after ur food the salad looks dirty and the soup had a hair and not one person offered to take my food back there is so much gossip going on its sad and well its in the GHETTO thankfully i dont get there often although i made it there twice i guess u get what u pay for and where its located ps get some bowls that aint broke and cups that dont have cracks in them and stop the #$%$ talking while we eat we dont care about ur side pony or teaching people what to say at their own place of business we wanna eat in peace not hear the drama.... WHITE PEOPLE

Took more than 10 minute for anyone to notice we needed to be seat then they seat us right by another customer. The dumb bunny Cloe (waitress) asks if we were together but did not tell our waitress we were not together. Needeless to say we were never served. Upon leaving I went to put in a complaint which fell on deaf cashier ears because she walked away from me to help people with their bill instead of calling a manager. Again NO SERVICE! Our waitress come rushing out telling me she was not informed we were not with the other party. SERVICE is not fit for a dying animal trying to get their last meal. Lousy place. Would not recommend this place to anyone - Anyone asked I would let them know you would get better service at a fast food joint or even the 7-11 down the street from this Italian restaurant located in the heart of SB ghetto. Save your money go somewhere else.

Best bread and pizza In the IE! I loved it so much even my cousin and brother love it too its real good and that lady in her review said to cheesy well I for one love cheese and so do many others.Unless your lack tow in tolerate but obviously everyone knows Italian food is cheesy.

Did not enjoy..it was way to loud people letting there kids run around & talk very loud. The shrimp lasaguia was to cheesy & it was not even moteralla chees it was mexican cheese. It's not the same as I remembered in the past..I will not be returning

Best Italian food around, I can't believe they don't charge more...I can't get enough of their bread...minestrone soup is awesome, dinner salad is awesome, I've had a number of their pasta dishes (including baked) - all good! Highly recommend.

Too bad the owner is a jerk and their food has really gone down hill lately.

when we are in town we go to alfredo's. I havent been there in 5 years and last night they did not disapoint me. I recomend this place if you are looking for the best Italian food in southern California and Texas.keep up the good job alfredo's

It was good I'm from out of town and ordered it because it reminded me of chi chi's pizza in ventura county. Not as good as Chi chi's but close they should make there own pasta.

If your a fan of Olive Garden, which to me is an overrated restaurant then you'll be quick to replace it with Alfredo's Pizza and Pasta By far, one of the best Italian restaurants that I have been at. Although it has a plain exterior is whats in the inside that counts. The food here is amazing every time I come here. You come, and can ask for anything on the menu. I assure you, you'll leave with the same pleasant and satisfied smile. Not to mention a little extra for breakfast the next morning. The servings at this restaurant are more then enough. 90% of the time i come here, I end up taking some food home. Not expensive at all, look to spend about 25 - 35 dollars for two people. Well worth checking out.
