I have been going to this Thai house since I was ten years old, I am now 25. The food is amazing but service sucks! Just on Tuesday I called around 11:30, and I wanted to order something from the lunch menu (they have specials) and the guy on the phone told me he was TO BUSY TO GO OVER THE LUNCH MENU . I immediately hung up!!! Seriously they need to work on their service, attitude, and phone etiquette!!
I have been going to this restaurant for about 8 years, it's not all that inviting from the outside but it's the greatest thai food ever, I have tried the #1 rated thai restaurant in America thats located in Las Vegas, but in my opinion it was not as good as the Thai House. One thing very poor service from the waiters which is not inviting but the food is great so it makes up for the service.
Thai house is always consistent! They have super prices, and great food. The wait is usually short and people are nice. I have gone to many Thai places over the years, but none stay good, Thai House does!
Went to this restaurant by accident sort of, after another Thai restaurant was closed. It turned out to be a pleasant experience all around. The food was great, the service courteous. Redlands was recommended for its Thai food years ago by Elmer Dills/Food Critic. I am glad I took his recommendation. Redlands overall is a very nice city to visit. Will visit this restaurant again soon.
Amazing food, best pad thai noodles I have ever tried!!! Also a big fan of the drunken noodles. And this place is very vegetarian friendly, you can get any noodles with tofu instead of meat, and there tofu is very well made. My only problem with this place is sometimes the service can really suck and they make you wait for refills forever, not to mention they only give you one bowl of rice per table not per check for some reason so if your going on a double date you have to share and there's no left overs :( But doesn't matter I get it to go and the food is amazing always.
This is a great place for lunch. Nice lunch menu comes complete with soup or salad, egg roll and wanton. The lunch soup is very good and the salad is tasty. Good selection of choices on the lunch menu also. The service is always good - always a smile and willingness to please the customer. We have been frequenting this restaurant for 9 years. I especially enjoy the Drunken Noodles, Beef with Bell Peppers and for desert the sticky rice with custard or mango is delicious. The Thai Tea is a treat if you like a sweet drink. The prices are great even if you don't get the lunch special. I always suggest this restaurant to new friends and they have never been disappointed.
