I have to agree with the previous reviewer. I understand this is the finest Phelan cuisine this town will ever have, and they know it too. Even so, as a customer a little appreciation goes a long way. I've had a few times where the staff have been very kind, depending on who is there that day. But if they're going to have that $10 service charge for putting up with rude customers sign boldly placed there in front of the cash register, shouldn't it go both ways?
