My lovely wife and I plan our cross-country travel so we can stay in Barstow and have dinner at Lola's Kitchen. The food is great, and the owner and staff are as nice a group of people as you'll find in the food business.

Lola's has wonderful food served on gorgeous plates. You really feel like someone served you in their kitchen. Only warning? Do not go in cholesterol conscious :)

If you're on a diet, don't get hooked...

This is some of the best Mexican food restaurants in town. I used to work right next to Lola's and probably gained weight due to the juicy, tasty, beef and potatoe burritos. Everything from Lola's is great, but that's my favorite item!

Lola's kitchen is just that, a kitchen. Little or no ambiance, but WOW is the food good! I've waited in line to place my order and then had to stand outside to eat . . it was FUN and I went back for more! Yummm
