KFC, Twentynine Palms

I don t go here often but I was disappointed in the chicken when I went there tonight. The service was quick and friendly but the chicken wasn t really fresh, it seemed to have been sitting, and the skin was soggy and falling off. They were almost of out crispy (which I wanted), so they gave us what was left and then asked if they could give us original in the rest of our bucket. We were hungry and wanted to hurry so we said yes, but there wasn t too much difference, the crispy was barely crispier. The worst part though was that the skin was soggy and falling off and the chicken was super greasy. Everything else was good, but I wasn t happy with the chicken.

usually out of chicken, slow rude service, not very clean facility. my suggestion go to state bros. or make it at home. the chicken has been soggy most of the time.

The staff is sooooo very rude and I agree they are ALWAYS out of something!! It sucks to have to go inside all the time to order because the drive threw speaker is always messed up or else the window person messes up the order. Never fails...
