Johnny Costa's Ristorante, Palm Springs

I've been eating here once a week for the last four years. I've tried most of the other Italian restaurants in the area, and none compare. Johnny Costa's chicken parmigiana, meat sauce and meatballs are the best I've ever had! The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. They also have a great new bar area, and the drinks are very tasty!

I was there with 22 of my friends. The meal and the service during the meal was excellent. The issue was at the end, where a 20% sevice charge for tip was assesssed. We indicated that it should have been 18%, as i was told on the phone and what was on the menu, but the waiter insisted that this was standard. The tip was also calculated ont he total bill (including the tax). This all may seem trivial (the bill was only $720), but the waiter complained and left us. The manager on duty showed no concern, and NO ONE thanked us for the $850 that we ended up leaving for the bill. If the owner of this establishment reads this, there may be some items in this post that you may want to address: you may have and idea why your restaraunt is more than 1/2 empty on a Saturday night. The way we were addressed and handled at the end of the meal insures that you have lost many future customers.

Best italian food I've ever had !!

The restaurant is very romantic and warm, the servers are welcoming, informative and professinal and the food is to die for. My favorite is the Steak Sinatra.

This restaruant is top notch. From the authentic food to the beautiful ambiance. Our waiter John was amazing. We let him order our entire meal from app to dessert. I can't wait to go back! The maranara sauce I could eat by the gallons. Make sure Nick is in the kitchen. I don't know how he does it but WOW!!!!

Johhny Costas food is excellent. We eat here every time we stay in Palm Springs and we even drive to eat here when we stay in Palm Desert!!! The marinara sauce is the best around and the service is always spectacular too!!!
