Papa Johnny is less often in the kitchen himself these days, but his son, Vince Costa continues the tradition in the cucina . The service is smooth and snappy, the prices moderate, and the drinks strong. Johnny's is a great place for dinner because they try to adhere to the principle of authenticity on their menu without the pretentiousness.
