Goody's Cafe, Rancho Mirage

I will never go back ever again. We stay at the Marriott Shadow Ridge and Goody's was close by. On Sunday July 20th there were six of us ready to have dinner when we arrived at Goody's at 8:30pm. They close at 9pm so we had plenty of time to order and eat. When we got in the cook was cleaning the grill already. We started ordering when the cook told the cashier that I could not have the pork chops or we could not order breakfast. Basically we could not order anything but cold sandwiches. They should have put the closed sign if they did not want people to come in and order. Their were some highway patrol eating and I am sure they let them order anything they wanted. This was very unprofessional and very rude. Why wait for us all to order only to tell us that they could not cook any hot foods. Needless to say we walked out and I will never come back here again. they should be ashamed of themselves treating people in such a manner. I have never in all my life walked into any Restaurant with one half hour remaining only to walk away because they were too lazy to cook something for our family. Don't bother wasting your time at this place. These people have no class what so ever.
