My sister went to the local Rally's in Brawley and after repeating the order several times still received the incorrect order and was over charged. She had a card that stated a free large meal with the purchase of another large meal. She ordered a large wing meal and a large rally burger meal and one rally burger all for $14.20. What she got was 5 piece wings, medium fries and large drink, rally burger, medium fries and small drink and another rally burger. Again all for $14.20. (The credit card was charged that amount.) We live about 2 miles or less from the restaurant and the food especially the burgers were cold. My sister went back and was given only another burger (turned our to be a cheeseburger, which she does not like) and was told the order had been correct. When I called to speak to a supervisor, the person who answered stated she was in charge because the manager was not there. I tried to explain what happened and she stated she was the one who gave my sister the order and she had charged us for 3 meals, which she claims were given to us and that when my sister went back she was given $6 in refund (which my sister did not receive). The person was rude and hung up on me. Normally I do not complain and would let the order slide. We all make mistakes and it will probably not be the last order to be incorrectly given, but the rudeness of the workers is what has us upset. Brawley is a small town with very few fast food places, so now we have one less place to go to.
