Chiquita's Mexican Restaurant, San Diego

This place has great food. I really enjoy everything on the menu. Their drinks are great, the food is delicious and the staff is really great!

Fabulous food...great tacos and the cubed beef burrito with cheese is to dream about. Family members from out of town go there up to five times when visiting San Diego. You gotta go...

This restaurant has the best mexican food I have ever had. Whenever I travel or just around the city, I always compare the food to Chiquita's and this resaurant always wins. It is also a great place for happy hour-easy access to freeways. If money is an issue, this is the place - reasonalbe prices! They even sell their sauce so that you can try and duplicate their food at home. Portions are large so you can share a meal with the kids and save money. Very friendly waitresses who want to make sure you are happy. Overall, great restaurant. Try the chicken taco or the chicken quesadilla.

Been enjoying their food since 1968 when they were on Federal. My favorite is the beef burrito with cheese and of course their Slurpie Margarita to wash it down. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.
