Kojack's Restaurant, San Diego

Kojack s gyros is excellent. I ate there for the first time yesterday (8/15/12) and will return often. Prices are very good and the service friendly.

Kojack's: Every time I visit San Diego, I make a point of having at least one lunch at Kojack's. I have been enjoying their Gyros for almost 20 years! Mike the owner may seem quite reserved but is an awesome people person and knows how to appease your appetite! Manny from Phoenix. This what I wrote 4 years ago and I was in San Diego again last weekend. Well, Mike's place (Kojack's) never stops amazing me! My friend Ricky originally from Pennsylvania had never had or heard of gyros. Well he is now hooked after eating at Kojack's! Here is a pic that Ricky took of me with Mike.

I met my husband here about 9 years ago. Before that though, Mike and the other men here were always so super friendly and they have fantastic food and it is so fresh. This is the ONLY place I eat Greek. Drive from East County to do so. They still remember me after all these years and all those faces.

This is a fantastic little joint that serves up some of the best Greek food that I have ever had. Love the gyros and baklava! I am 32 and have been going here for nearly 20 years. Mike, the owner, still remembers me even when I haven't seen him in a while. Great guy! I recommend this to anyone that ventures near Mission Beach.
