good food and service what more can i ask?? its really great and highly recommend it.

I have eaten at Brian s in the past which always had good service and descent food. I went in for breakfast and the service was awful and the food, almost as bad. I made a simple request of substituting feta cheese instead of swiss on my omelet and it never happened. I brought it to our waiter s attention and he told me he forgot to write it on the order. He pretty much blew me off. He didn t offer to have the omelet remade but offered to bring a side of feta.I told him to forget about it. He was very busy and had a very non- accommodating mood about him. I scraped off the swiss and did my best only to find cold potatoes and a very bland omelet. He came back only to place the bill on our table and did not say one word. No thank you or can I get you anything else, nothing.

This place is okay, can be better. Food is okay. But the environment is rocking.

This place is amazing; the staff is nice and friendly and most importantly the food is delicious!

Worst customer service in my 44 year experience! Requested a vegetarian omelette and received ham in it. This was not that big of an issue, but I didn't want to eat the rest. The waitress charged me the full amount, no discussion. When I questioned this at the cash register to the owner, he told me judging by the amount you ate, you have to pay the full amount. No apologies were given...no customer service at all! In fact when I expressed my dissatisfaction and said I don't think I should pay for my breakfast. He replied he was calling the police! I told him to go right ahead...while he has on the phone he said I am going to charge you for the potatoes you ate. Wow...I paid for my husband's and daughter's breakfast, and will never return!! The owner is an idiot and I feel sorry for the employees.

The menu on this website is out of date. We visited this restaurant, and were surprised to find many items not available, and the ones that were available were almost twice the price of the attached menu.

Don't eat here unless you want to deal with rude staff. Have eaten at this restaurant (formerly Topsy's) for many years. Today I stopped in for breakfast with a couple friends before heading to the farmers market (across street). I parked my vehicle at a family members house nearby and we all walked to the restaurant. This accomplished not having to move my vehicle after eating and before the farmers market AND allowed more room for customers in Brians parking lot. When we departed the restaurant the manager (Tio) starting yelling at us to move our vehicle. I told him I had not parked in his lot. He called me a liar and kept ranting for me to move my vehicle. I again told him I had not parked in his lot and pointed to where my vehicle was parked. He kept up the rant! Yikes....won't eat here again. This guy is crazy!

Great FOOD!!! Service was great, I had the biscuts and gravy, my daughter had THE Works ommellete...it was very delicious. totally reccommend!!!!

Im very upset about how I was treated after finding what looked like fried hair or brillo pad in my food!!! My server Carlito was not apologetic and didn't take care of the meal. What made it worse is he came back after taking my plate and said the chef said it was part of the potato!!! I have been cooking for years and never seen dark hair in a potato!!! I'm in the industry. If that ever happened where I work I would make sure to make it right. I live downtown and love Brians usually but this will detour me from coming back. The broken yoke my be my new stomping grounds. Please take this to heart. I dont ever write bad reviews. Please contact me on my email buctownusa4@yahoo.com and please make this right. Dont fire carlito but let him know that he shouldnt make excuses and the customer is always right.
