MI Ranchito Taco Shop, Ramona

The workers here are fairly nice when you see them in person, but over the phone they are some of the rudest, meanest jerks that I have ever spoken with. I have called several times to order a junior western bacon chee with a cherries jubilee, and every single time they have just rudely hung up on me. As I am quite fat and trying to lose weight, I have also called to ask if they can serve me only four chicken nuggets instead of the six pieces that they usually sell. All I wanted was to know if they could take two of the nuggets from the six piece nuggets and throw them away because I'm trying to watch my calorie intake. Although I was being very polite, the horrible employees there did not answer my simple question and instead said very mean things to me before abruptly hanging up. These people are just as rude as the workers at the Circle K down the street, who also hang up on me and harass me whenever I call them to ask a few simple questions. I wish I could say that it was just me and that they are nice to other people who call. Unfortunately, however, other people have told me that they have also had similar experiences. My good friend Nappy D has called here to ask to speak to his friend Pedro who works there and they have also acted very hostile and rude to him. The food here is absolutely exquisite. I can imagine that the Aztec gods way up in Valhalla don't even have Mexican food as good as the stuff they serve here! Seriously, it's unbelievable that they can charge 5$ for a burrito that tastes like it's worth 500$ I WOULD have given them five stars for making such awesome food. But because of the rude treatment that they have given me and my friends, I can give this place no more than 1 star.

BEST PLACE EVER! ALL THE FOOD IS MADE FRESH! NICEST STAFF WORKING THERE. IT'S HARD CHOOSING WHAT TO EAT BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS SOOOOOO GOOD! BEST ICE IN TOWN! ONLY PLACE IN TOWN THAT HAS CRINKLE CUT FRIES! GOOD FOR ALL 3 MEALS! YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG!

Hi,i came down from oregon to visit some family in ramona and i stopped by to eat at mi ranchito. the service is horrible there are these two skinny girls with bad attitude and the cooks are slow. it took them 45 minutes to give me an order of flautas. i wouldn't recommend it unless you want to get sick like i did after eating there.
