A Little Moore Coffee Shop
If you like old-fashioned breakfast in an informal atmosphere, be sure to visit this restaurant. A small section of patio dining is available, right along Pacific Coast Highway. Inside the tiny, rusk-colored building, the breakfast grill is in full view, where traditional, American breakfast is prepared throughout the day. Omelets are likely the top sellers here. Try an Avocado and Cheese or Chili and Cheese Omelette's. Pancakes and oatmeal are also popular entrees.
a relaxed friendly, neighborhood atmosphere. no fancy stuff, just a good breakfast and nice people serving it. when I go, I always (try to) sit at the same table. it's as comfortable as home. if you want fancy, go to the hotel del.
From reading previous raving reviews, I decided to check this place out. And I must say I was disappointed. The food wasn't really that bad. It's just not what I had anticipated to be. I had scramble eggs and harshbrown. It's very greasy and bland. The orange juice was good, however.
It looked like the management didn't want to spend any money on patching up the broken pieces of counter cover. The dining area felt like the Mel's dinner. The ambient was that of a typical good o'coffee shop, only it's a bit run-down. It's owned and operated by a Korean family. But all the kitchen staff are Mexicans. So, make your own guess how the foods would taste like. The menu - at least for breakfast - is rather limited.
The service was OK considering only one waitress serving the entire coffee shop.
Overall, A Little Moore Coffee Shop is an OK place to have breakfast, but I wouldn't go out of my way to dine here.
