I had crab rangoon, pot stickers and kung pao chicken - my friend fried shrimp appetizer and sweet and sour pork - all to go. It's good that there are actually Chinese cooks working over blazing hot woks. It's odd that everything was sweet - even my chicken dish. The crab puffs or wontons were filled almost entirely with cream cheese - and maybe a crab walked by it, but surely didn't get it it! The shrimp appetizer had huge shrimp that weren't overwhelmed by the breading. The rice was purely anglo - not sticky or short grain - making it difficult to eat without a fork. However, the food was made to order (except the fried rice), not heavily sauced (although EVERY sauce is sweetened), and custom requests were easily accomodated. Unfortunately, they tie close some items in to-go orders...these items then steam and become soggy instead of crunchy. The counter people are very nice and easy to work with.
