We have eaten at Coco's for many years, but lately the service has gone from good to poor. We recently went to breakfast on a week day around 9 am. We had to wait the longest time to be seated. It seemed like we must have been invisible. The staff would walk right past us and it was like we wern't even there. A waitress finally called out that she would be with us shortly, but shortly never came. As we continued to wait another couple walked out. They had been waiting 40 minutes and still no service. They wished us good luck being waited on and within several minutes we were seated.
Once we got to our table things went better and we had our food and were out of there within an hour.
We have gone to Coco's at lunch and had to wait an eternity to be seated. Most of the time they do not appear to be busy, I don't know why it seems so difficult to be seated in a timely fashion.
Once we have gotten our food we have enjoyed it. I am not sure if this is a management problem or what, but they need to wise up or they will be losing customers.
I have ate here twice and both times I got good service and great food! You really get your moneys worth here the food is excellent! I highly reccommend this place the chicken alfredo is awesome and i also had their steak and eggs and that is delicious too!
