It is frustrating as all get out to pull up to a drive through, where the speakers are of poor quality to beguine with, and have the employee on the other line not understand english.
It is even more frustrating to go inside and still not be able to find an employee that understands english. The sad thing is that this is on more than one ocasion with more than just one employee.
I completely understand being bylengual, in fact, I encourage it, but bylegual means byleangual, not ignorace towards the common language.
If you are going to run a business in America you need english speaking employees. I spent thirty years in China, no one baby sat me and held my hand. I learned the language. It is just a matter of respect for the pople of that country and copletely poor business not to do so.
I will never eat at this resaurant again. It is a shame that a customer has to fell so completely frustrated at such a simple task as to just give an order (it wasnt anything special, just what was on the menu)and have it understood.
