Located on the second story of a trendy Carlsbad shopping arena, Gregorio's Italian Restaurant sports a modern atmosphere and top-notch cuisine. Inside, black and white decor creates a contemporary look. Customers are seated among black tables and chairs, or at the sleek bar. On the outside, several umbrella-topped tables line the balcony, overlooking downtown Carlsbad. Specialty pizzas are popular. Consider eggplant pizza, with mozzarella, plum tomatoes, fresh garlic and eggplant. The restaurant serves delicious pasta entrees as well. Pasta Emilia offers vodka cream sauce with peas and mushrooms.

We travel miles to eat at Gregorio's. The food is fabulous and Nick, the assistant manager, is one of the best servers there. There's a home feel to the place and the food is denfinitely steps above average italian food. AND--don't tell anyone I told you but they'll custom make your order if you ask nice. : )

I absolutely love this place. I travel from Orange County to visit Gregorio's. The baked ziti and lasagna are flavorful. The house salads are tasty with a really great house dressing. I haven't tried anything else, but I can tell you, you won't be disapointed. Check it out!

Nice place, friendly staff, fun location but it was a major disappointment on the menu!! Not much of a variety on the appetizers, seafood section and alcohol. Kind of pricey for food that was okay.

Drive from North Orange County!!!

We drive from North Orange County for Spirito's! Great pizza,pasta and real Italian food with authentic sauces make the trip worth while. Try everything on the menu. There isn't a bad dish.

Great food, great value!

Gregorio's offers a relaxed atmosphere and friendly service, but the consistently prepared, delicious food is what keeps me coming back for more. The variety on the menu is exceptional and the quality is excellent. Don't think of this as just another pizza place, it's so much more!

Extraordinary!!

If you love Italian food, especially cream sauces, you must try Spirito's! It is a favorite place to take our friends and always becomes our friends' new favorite. We are lucky enough to live locally, but, when we moved away for a few years, I had dreams about their Pasta DeCabia with Vodka Cream Sauce and their Fettucini Gorgonzola. There is no beating these extraordinary dishes!
